C-Pop

First we had J-Pop. Then we had K-Pop.
Now I give you C-Pop.



I mistook them for K-pop at first until I actually listened to the language being used.


A buddy of mine and I were discussing the various idol groups, as we had no idea what the music scene in China was like until now. But they have idols. We've come to the conclusion that the economic prosperity of a country has a correlation to the existence of idol groups. Doing well economically? There will be idol groups.

Think about it. The west USED to have idol groups, and few western countries are doing all that well economically (it's been a massive crap-fest in recent years.) Meanwhile, South Korea, China, Japan? All doing pretty good. This discussion probably needs it's own thread though.


So yeah. C-pop conversation.

Do you guys know of any more good stuff? Or even just discuss the video's I've posted, including the one in the post after this one.
