What's New?

For about 2 days or so now, I don't get any hits on "What's New" not even threads that have been updated in the last 24 hours even though there are such threads.

Anyone know what happened to it?

for the past two days I've not been able to get on hardly at all... due to time constraints and the fact that I couldn't reach the site either from work or from home, so we may even have been down.

Several days before I was getting weird database errors when posting and my post count wasn't incrementing when I successfully posted. Also posts weren't showing up til I refreshed the page.

Screwyness abounds. Maybe over it now?

edit: able to edit posts now without refreshing and content displays. Also incremented post count for this post

I couldn't get on this evening, however, now it seems to be working fine.

[edit2] I just remembered, for the past few days it also gave me an error claiming I couldn't post or start new threads within 20 seconds (or something) of posting the last one. i.e. everything I tried to post wanted to be double posted. That has stopped as well [/edit2]

they were also due to database error issues, I expect. I didn't create any new threads so I couldn't replicate that at the time, but I'm not affected by flood settings as you would have been, and a couple of my posts went completely haywire

Hope this means people can filter back in and start posting without being disappointed
