Hitman
Eventhough it is not an anime (yet), I didn't see any other subforum I could post this in.
But Seo Kouji did it again, after luring me in with Suzuka (one of the best serie ever), he wrote hit after hit and kept me entertained for years.
Hitman is about a young and rather unorthodox manga editor, who is put in charge of a young and rather unorthodox mangaka.
It is like Bakuman (top 10 manga for me) with Seo's down to earth drama style of writing.
