Like links appear in each of our posts (you'll see them in everyone's posts but your own) and once a post is liked, it lists in the user profile page for the liked poster
If you get liked multiple times for the same post, it must mean you're doing something right Whether or not this is more popular/user-friendly than the pre-existing rep point system is up for debate. I'm also not sure if this is a standard forum feature with the latest version upgrade, or whether Stylish is testing something on us again
