Basing Anime per year rather than per quarter

Most people are too busy or just too lazy to actually work by quarter, season, etc.
It's generally easier to keep up with things on a yearly basis.

I suggest that current anime be set based on current year rather than quarter.

Excellent. Then I recommend that we alter Current Series to instead mention series that debuted (Current Year). So if the current year is 2018, it'll list 2018. It'll only have to be changed once a year, so no biggie. Could probably mention that it includes series that started last year but have continued on in to the current year.

Older Series will say something like "Series that released before (current year)."

Nice and simple. Doesn't have to be anything crazy.
